Chuck Papier Has His Day In The Sun

On June 8, 1999, Chuck Papier accomplished two goals. He walked the whole length of Long Beach Island and celebrated his 70th birthday, both on the hottest day of the year to date.

Chuck and his wife, Judy, are both very active volunteers at SOCH and were accompanied and supported by many of his friends from SOCH. His pacesetter, Dorothy Russell, an accomplished marathoner, is a nurse at SOCH.

If you wish, you may send e-mail to Chuck from here.

Below are several pictures of this event taken by Ken Busch of Loveladies, another active SOCH volunteer.
